Formerly known as the Thomas' Parkside Resort in downtown Oscoda, Beachview Villas is a gated paradise for boaters, golfers, trail enthusiasts and in general anyone that enjoys Beachfront or Waterfront living.

Just over three hours North of Detroit Metro Airport, Beachview Villas is a community with something to offer everyone. Wake up to a sunrise over the water and your favorite cup of coffee.
